Entry Level Account Manager - Des Plaines, IL

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers & clients in Des Plaines, IL. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities

Account Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through face to face meetings
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Management team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Account Manager - Qualifications:

  • Extreme comfort on the phone or face-to-face with clients and potential clients.
  • Comfort selling services and educating potential clients on our services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple situations / projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain Professional image
